The Dräger X-plore 4700 is the robust half mask which offers excellent comfort and outstanding leak tightness for demanding applications. Thanks to the wide range of filters available for protection against gases, vapours and particles, it is ideally suited for use in a variety of industries.

Excellent seal and protection

The soft material of the inner mask offers a flexible fit for different head sizes and face shapes and ensures an optimal seal. The X-plore 4700 in the silicone version is also available in two different sizes to ensure an even better individual seal. The ergonomically designed head harness also ensures a stable and secure fit of the mask, even during physically demanding work. As an alternative to the classic head harness, the X-plore 4700 EH (Elastic Harness) offers elastic straps that can be individually adjusted to different fit requirements.

Optimal wearing comfort

The ergonomic design of the mask and the use of skin-friendly materials ensure that the X-plore 4700 is extremely comfortable to wear. Depending on individual preference, there are two inner masks made of TPE and silicone to choose from, which are also suitable for particularly sensitive skin. The soft mask body with a flexible nose area reliably adapts to the shape of the face and allows the mask to be worn without pressure, even during longer periods of use. The exhalation valve automatically directs exhaled air downwards, ensuring a comfortable microclimate inside the mask. Thanks to its low weight and sophisticated design, the X-plore 4700 offers an excellent balance between protection and comfort.

The wide selection of respiratory protection filters available for this product line includes particle, gas, and combination filters for versatile use in industry and trade. Thanks to the internationally standardized Rd40 round thread connection in accordance with EN 148-1, the filters can be attached quickly, safely, and intuitively. Robust and efficient design

The X-plore 4700 impresses with its outstanding durability and excellent manufacturing quality, which is reflected in the careful selection of materials. The mask body made of thermoplastic offers high dimensional stability. In combination with the durable inner mask made of TPE or silicone, this choice of materials ensures exceptional longevity of the mask.

The elastic straps can be easily combined with common head protection solutions and are also comfortable to wear under a helmet. The durable neoprene strap material is dirt-repellent and easy to clean. Thanks to the drop-down strap system with neck closure, the mask can be easily removed at any time without having to remove the helmet. When stored in the standby position, the X-plore 4700 remains in contact with the inside of the body, ensuring better protection against contamination.
